Analyzed large data sets of nearly 15 companies using advanced excel skills like pivot tables , vlookup techniques etc to look through the accounting entries and run tests for any errors that were made while filing GST tax returns monthly throughout the year and rectifying them by correct accounting entries as a part of the annual audit.
- Performed bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger management, and tally accounting thereby leading to efficient accounts for annual auditing. Also performed test runs with compulsory checklist, one on one interviews etc on other aspects of companies for annual audits such as for example the employee rules, security rules, fire safety etc for them to be in accordance with stated rules this was handled carefully and with great attention to detail.

- Evaluation of Herbalife’s and NU’s profile, Preliminary calculation through DCF model for the enterprise value , equity value , price per share to determine standalone value of Herbalife and NU skin. Forecasting Revenue growth over the next 5 years to see if the acquisition is feasible. Calculating Revenues after the acquisition with the consideration of synergy and consideration of risks. Calculation of premium and other fees to determine overall result of acquisition. In the end the decision was made to acquire NU Skin Enterprise.

- Researched about various startups and companies in their initial stages through websites like crunchbase , crowdfund etc to understand the initial standing of various companies including the number of round of investing they have already been through and understanding and evaluating their business idea to consider investing own imaginary funds. Chose Qonto which is an online banking institution as online banking is one of the topmost upcoming businesses.
