Process Operator - INEOS INOVYN

• Monitor chemical reactions through various trends
• Monitor plants batch and continuous production
• Monitor and react to any deviations in pressures, temperatures and flows during different stages of reaction to maintain quality
• Operate in compliance with industry SHE
• Isolate and remove items from plant service
• Electrically isolate and tag plant equipment for repair and return to service when required
• Perform first line maintenance to autoclave reactors, pumps, production lines and filters
• Inspection of plant items and routinely swapping standby items on-line to maintain continuous production
• Record/log data of plant samples
• Conduct regular plant checks to maintain the efficiency of the plant, document issues and report damaged equipment liaising with maintenance teams for necessary repairs
• Maintain excellent relationships with production and maintenance teams to facilitate production effectiveness, and efficiency
• Investigate Fire alarms, LEL and Mass Spec alarms
• DMW, refrigeration units, Effluent Pits, Cooling Towers, and compressed air systems are also part of daily checks
