I hsve over 16 years of experience in various types of the care sector. I am passionate and proud of the work I do and I am dedicated to working in a personal way, I truly believe that every individual I support and care for is different and their individuality should be respected. Each individual person has the right to make their own choices and decisions when it comes to their own care requirements. I have a nvq level 2 in health and social care and I also have my level 2 in end of life care.

I started working in a care home supporting people with dementia and mental health needs for around ten years, this led me to working in a nursing home which later led me to community work, which then led me to support work for disabled adults and finally back to a care home.

I have a NVQ 2 in health and social care and I also have a NVQ 2 in end of life care.
