I have 18 years experience in the veterinary industry. I'm currently working a hybrid clinical/admin role, supporting 8 clinics with insurance processing. I'm computer literate, confident talking to clients and knowledge in veterinary medicine.
I have a full quiet office setup at home as I work fron home on my admin days. As I've worked in emergency care, I'm used to high-stress environments and diffusing difficult situations. I'm also fluent in Portuguese and conversational in Japanese, Italian, Spanish and French.
