In my role at Oeiras International Schools, I managed the uniform store, ensuring that students and staff had access to necessary uniform items in a timely and organized manner. My responsibilities included inventory management, sales operations, and customer service and handles cash and card transactions. I maintained accurate records of stock levels, handled orders and returns, and worked closely with suppliers to ensure that the store was well-stocked with all required items.
Additionally, I provided personalized assistance to students and parents, helping them select appropriate sizes and styles, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience. My role required a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
