Numis/Deutsche Numis (Williams Lea) Presentation Team Lead – DTP Specialist November 2021 – Present
As the leader of the DTP team dedicated to serving Numis and now Deutsche Numis, I have been instrumental in setting up and managing this new account and actively facilitating the smooth merger of Numis and Deutsche Bank. I quickly became a key member of the investment banking department, being a hands-on manager, and delivering high-end quality documents and services to all stakeholders (recommendations from my clients on request). My responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Hands-on production of high-end documents and presentations, in house-branding or custom design collaborating and advising analysts and the wider team to achieve the best results. Follow-up of presentations from start to finish, working on multi-million contracts, including the successful IPO of Applied Nutrition, bringing true added value,
and receiving praise for every project
Ensuring the highest quality of the team's work, achieving immaculate results, and receiving maximum positive feedback from stakeholders and their clients
Creating new PowerPoint templates during the initial rebrand of Numis and collaborating on the PowerPoint template during the merger between Numis and Deutsche Bank
Collaborating closely with the design agency, Deutsche Bank marketing, project management team, and UpSlide to translate their concepts into functional documents and presentations
Setting up and overseeing the efficient functioning of our front-desk operations and workflow processes
Collating and managing data, compiling a comprehensive 20-slide SLAs and productivity monthly report, and presenting results live monthly to the COO and Williams Lea Account Director
Copy-writing, setting up, and conducting training sessions for the DTP team, bankers, interns, and new joiners on department services, PowerPoint, UpSlide macros, Excel charting, Word, and more. Wrote Standard Operating Procedures for the Numis DTP Department
Covering all elements of team management, including feedback reporting, holidays and sickness reporting, end-of-year appraisals, and goal setting
Working in tandem with the UpSlide team to test and provide feedback for the development of their new macros
Collaborating with the Williams Lea 'Engage' team to customize the platform for Numis' specific needs
