Completed a one-week placement within a busy retail environment, gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments of the store.

• Delivered excellent customer service by assisting customers with enquiries and helping them locate products
• Restocked shelves efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards
• Rotated stock and checked product quality to ensure shelves remained organised and fully stocked
• Assisted with receiving deliveries and organising stock in the warehouse
• Learned how stock ordering and inventory systems operate within a large supermarket
