Mark Kearns

Almost twenty years spent in supervisory roles contributed significantly in my ability to adjust my management style, and the fact that I recently earned a degree in business management attests to my persistence and tenacity. I have no fear of challenge and can maintain composure under pressure, which helps me complete tasks with ease and gives the impression that everything is possible if the right solution can be established for the suggested problem.

My career has enabled me to work with a wide range of individuals, which has presented me with a variety of hurdles. However, I have been able to overcome these obstacles by applying the skills I have learned in coaching and development. I have managed to effectively communicate goals and objectives needed to accomplish the results by building an open culture in my roles.

Last year I attained a degree in business with management, gaining higher 2:1 at Blackburn University.
