I am passionate to build safely, on time, to a high standard and within budget
For 3 years I had been involved with addressing extensive fire remediation issues on a occupied development where i was head of the construction team consisting of 10 managers. More recently i worked on a freelance basis assisting the Customer Care Team for a major House Builder to resolve complex post occupation build issues.
Prior to this was a Construction Director /Manager for over 30 years in the housebuilding sector
I am a full member of CIOB. and a Graduate Member of IOSH with the aim of becoming a full member, a Companion member of Institute of Customer Services and i have just commenced the process of becoming of the Institute of Clerk of Works.
