A highly accomplished Chartered Construction Manager with an MBA and as a Fellow of the RSA, I have built a successful career by combining my passion for innovating positive change in health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ), with strong analytical skills and detailed knowledge of system management.

As a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in managing HSEQ Management Systems, I have successfully executed tasks related to management system coordination and improvement. Having honed my leadership skills over the years, I take great pride in my ability to inspire team members of all abilities, regardless of whether they are direct, functional, or remote reportees across multiple time zones. This experience has provided me with a unique perspective on the importance of collaboration and teamwork in achieving exceptional results.

My key achievements and competencies that are relevant to the position include:

1. Coordinating and managing HSEQMS to ensure comprehensive risk coverage and continuous improvement, in line with global standards and good practices.
2. Chairing and facilitating ENVIDs , HAZIDs, Risk assessments and Management Review Meetings.
3. Producing statistics and information on HSEQMS use and effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities, and addressing HSEQMS adherence issues.
4. Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure documentation that controls the various aspects of the HSEQ are reviewed and updated routinely.
5. Developing and implementing HSEQMS both for specific projects and for whole organization. Achieving ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO3834 & EN1090. RISQS and NHSSS Compliance within tight time frames.
6. Producing safety cases and COMAH cases.
7. Preparation and undertaking of different levels of audit including due diligence for asset transfers, environmental emissions & discharges for UK & European reporting, Health & Safety compliance.
8. Development of training and competency frameworks to achieve strategic company goals and ensure compliance of key role holders in their HSEQMS responsibilities.
9. Investigator and research skills that include the use of quantitative and qualitative assessment methodologies. 

As an engineerig gradute with several post graduate , qualifications and an MBA I know that a strong management system will ensure that innovation can thrive and solutions are generated to achieve compliance.
