I currently have 5 years of Resource planning experience, ranging from Real Time Analyst, Scheduler and Performance Analyst. During my current role I have used my own initiative to repair and rebuild many reports. I can analyse and identify trends in data and present and communicate this to others and communicate effectively with senior members of staff to discuss KPI’s and call centre performance.
As a Performance Analyst for DHU Healthcare I am analysing the performance of near 6000 members of staff. Through my career I have focused on constant personal progression and developed a unique skillset including highly developed Excel skills and substantial knowledge of multiple Workforce management systems including Injixo, NICE WFM, NICE Rich client, Genesis and PureCloud.
