Iv spend the last 7 years in hospitality doing all manner of jobs including Kitchen, front of house, duty and shift manager and most recently have been the bar manager of a very busy pub/restaurant in Brixham! I know a lot of the locals and believe I can do a lot more than I currently am! I need a bigger challenge
7 years of Hospitality experience from Chef-Bar manager and everything in between personal Licence holder and fully cellar trained I have done all aspects of pub and restaurant management just from under some one but know I can achieve great things given the chance
