Providing engineering input to the Customer Support team to rectify issues reported in-service by customer Airlines and acting as a focal point between Customer Support and other departments for all technical queries.

Operational Support Analyst – Thompson Aero Seating Aug 2020 – Jan 2021
Overseeing the full production lifecycle from customer order, value stream planning, material supply and production progress to customer delivery whilst ensuring continuous improvement methods are identified and implemented.
- Planning ownership of a value stream and control of its key planning input (KPI) to the Master Production Schedule. Capable of managing multiple, separate value streams and supporting other analysts on as-needed basis.
- Planning and management of production tasks to protect TAKT.
- Liaise with other value streams to ensure coordinated planning, and with cross-functional teams to ultimately adhere to the operational plan to ensure on time delivery.

Applying engineering experience and technical knowledge to facilitate the compliance of company products with industry-standard regulations and conduct analysis and evaluations for test builds.
- Coordinating with departmental Leads to identify and delegate high priority tasks.
- Attending regular test performance reviews to assess output of internal test facilities, determining if target attainment will be met at current pace and coordinating with test personnel to increase efficiency.
- Documenting compliance to various regulations applicable to bespoke customer products and internally evaluating reports to ensure applications of engineering insight are of exacting standards.
- Providing load path and stress analysis to primary structures and predicting secondary spatial movements with focus on potential interactions with surrounding structures (loadshare) within aircraft.

Data Cleansing Technician – Thompson Aero Seating May 2018 – Jul 2018
An internal project intending to purge duplicate, outdated, and unofficial company documentation. Filtered documentation was to be migrated to an internal registry offering control measures to ensure documents remained official.
- Organising meetings with departmental Leads outputting any documentation to prioritise items requiring immediate attention and isolating legacy items.
- Filtering for official documentation, both current and older revisions, and purging non-conforming items.
- Uploading official documentation to be preserved and trailing the new registry before release.
Key Achievements
- Successfully purged unapproved documentation, registered over 3000 documents with any applicable revision history attributing details to each document to further facilitate accessibility within a one-month period.
Integration Engineer – Thompson Aero Seating Sep 2017 – April 2018
Utilising 3D models to create fully comprehensive engineering drawings and providing customer progress reports at critical developmental stages.
- Generating bespoke 3D models and exploded views for customer reviews.
- Compiling engineering drawings for programmes specifying customer requested features, safety features, product dimensions and interfacing between product and aircraft with accompanying Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOM).
- Developing customer concept drawings and 3D models showcasing custom design concepts desired by customers with the goal of securing new contracts.
- Attending design reviews to discuss and approve new and/or updated engineering drawings for release.
