While gaining experience in being within charities over the last several years it was important for me to remain professional and being empathetic towards customers when assisting them. - Whilst working within the charity, I was liaising and building professional relationships with external organisations. one of my responsibilities were safely filing away important documents following the confidentiality procedure. in order to prevent data breaches.
I consider myself to be a warm, sensible and hardworking individual with excellent communication such as working in a team, and interpersonal skills. From working in various sectors, I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. I am now looking for new opportunities that will enable me to expand on my skills, training, knowledge and develop myself personally and professionally inside and outside of the working environment.
