I have 11 years PQE and gained my in-house experience across a number of blue-chip companies through the successful completion of various short/long term projects and permanent appointments as a consultant contractor at a range of businesses both public, private and PE owed. I am a 'transactional' technology & IP lawyer and have worked extensively across EMEA(R) and APAC, on both direct and indirect/Channel transactions (in a team and as a sole counsel). I have also been required to offer solutions to process/compliance/regulatory efficiencies, which is something I have enjoyed doing, especially with the emergence of AI and AI Regulation.

I have experience built up from companies offering telecoms, SaaS, on-premise and hardware products and solutions.

My career path has provided me with maximum exposure to many different business models (including Cyber Security, aerospace/Aviation, Defence, Healthcare, Finance, Technology/Telecoms') enabling me to understand at speed an organisation's structure and offer solutions for strategic deal structuring (contractual), process improvement, compliance and policy, a key requirement for highly a commercial EMEA/APAC General Counsel.

I am CIPP/E certified and have significant experience with privacy related matters in SaaS.
