My passion in life is to wake up every morning feeling motivated, positive and always ready to take on new challenges. I am a hard worker and I am always punctual in my work and personal life. I am a confident person who can communicate effectively and without hesitation because I am an approachable person. I can be flexible, and I would not have any travel problems to get to work as I have a driving licence.

Customer Host - Dunelm boston

My roles during my time at Dunelm I was hosting and helping customers at made to measure. My job was to help customers and to hit my weekly targets that was set. I was also trained in different areas of the store so I have gained experience from each department.

Stock Associate and Customer Service - Sainsbury's supermarket

(2018-05 - 2021-04)

My roles during my time was to restock items and work through the deliveries. My job was to help customers find the product they wanted whenever they approached me for help, and I would navigate the customers to the correct aisle. While I was working at Sainsburys I gained more confidence in my customer service skills and also in the tasks set by managers. I was trained in every department which helped me gain more experience and knowledge.

Waitress - Kirton Café

I was working as a waitress at kirton café. My job was to greet customers and start friendly conversations to make customers feel welcome which ensures that customers have a good experience at kirton café. While I working here I have learnt to multitask, and listen carefully when receiving orders from customers. I communicated effectively with my colleagues. I have good peoples skills and I have learnt a lot, I also handled the till as part of customer service.

Christmas Temporary Staff - Clinton's

I was a Christmas temp at Clinton's and I enjoyed my time at Clinton's, and it also has improved my skills, which will help me in the future. My roles at Clinton's was to serve customers, help customers and to make sure customers was satisfied with our help in the store. At my time in Clinton's I have learned on how to place the cards in the correct sections and shelves. When I was working on the shop floor I was in charge of the deliveries.

Staff - Codfather (fish and chips)

(2014 - 2017)

This is a family run business. I worked whenever I was needed, my roles included handling the till, taking telephone orders and also serving customers. While I was working here my confidence has risen so much as I got to speak to different customers and made sure that the food they ordered is correct at all times.

Care Home Placement - White gables care home

(2016-02 - 2016-04)

My placement for my health and social care course was based in a care home for the elderly. I have completed my 70 hours as a part of course. I have gained a lot of experience at white gables, and I became more confident in doing tasks that was set independently.
