I support children and Adults within hospital and care home setting. I assist with personal care; washing, toileting, dressing, feeding, end of life care, catheter care, colostomy care, urostomy care, surgical wound care, fluid balance monitoring.I help patients of different ages recover in hospital settings with various illnesses. Also supporting reletives from the community when they are facing emotional journeys.

I have worked within the Health and Social Care sector for 12 years.

I have worked within the Health and Social Care sector for 12 years. I have experience with the elderly in care home and hospital settings. I support the elderly with dementia and sight impairments and also various illnesses within hospitals.

I also have experience when supporting children of all ages in hospital settings, also supporting reletives from the community.
