Megan Hazell

I currently work as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant for a leading Recruitment Company in the heart of Bristol. I'm based in Trowbridge and originally grew up in Bath. I attended Brighton University where I studied English Language and Media. I'm an avid reader, love to learn and enjoy socialising, cooking and spending time with family.

I have 8 years previous recruitment experience, working in various industries from Yachting to Oil & Gas. I have worked running multiple desks as a 360, both contract and permanent. I've also managed a team up to five people.

I'm now working as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant, at Precision Resource Group, working from March 2022 to present, where I help new and experienced Recruitment Consultants start their careers, training them in everything from the basics of a phone introduction to honing skills in securing new business. I have excellent communication and presentation skills, am friendly and professional and one of my main motivations is to see how the work I've done has had a positive impact on others.
