After working within various customer service roles for many years, I am looking to further develop my skills and career. I am an extremely focused person, motivated by achieving high standards of service and working towards achieving targets and goals. I bring experience from a variety of customer-facing roles which have led me to develop my team working abilities, as well as demonstrating my flexibility, reliability, and enthusiasm.

Host - Connexin Live - Hull

As a valued member of the hosting team, mine is a very broad and varied role. Encompassing a range of task and skills, from handling customer queries and complaints to front-of-house merchandising and providing a high-quality service required by Hull's leading venue.

• Working flexibly to ensure a smooth operation on key event nights.
• Always adhering to policies, including safeguarding, health & safety, and terror threats.
• All aspects of customer handling. From meeting and greeting and signposting, to assisting customers with mobility issues.

Sales Assistant - McColl's

Joining as a Newspaper Deliverer aged 14, I then became a sales assistant. The role often entailed sole responsibility for managing front-of-house, including cashing up and dealing with customers and maintaining legal requirements - such as Challenge 25 - in a busy retail environment.

• Reaching sales targets and upselling the weekly offers.
• Assisting with Post Office tasks.
• Opening and closing the store as necessary.
• Always implementing food safety legalisation.
