I am working as a freelancer interpreter. I volunteer with citizen advice and attends drop in sessions at Urmston library. As an interpreter, working with clients from DWP (universal credit), NHS and social work and vulnerable people.

I have experienced of mixed age range from young to grown ups. I thrive to work in the education department and motivated towards leading someone a career guide. Although I don't have experience in this field but I am a quick learner.

I have completed level 1 contact centre certificate which emphasizes on great customer service. I get on well with people and enjoy working as part of a team. I am well organized and have excellent time keeping skills.

I strive to deliver strong commitment and provide a good quality service. Coupled with my great people skills, I would be a valued asset to any workforce.
