In my role as a Lounge Host, I was responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. I greeted guests with a warm smile and ensured they felt comfortable during their visit. I assisted customers with their orders, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.

My communication skills were essential in understanding customer needs and preferences. I also took pride in maintaining a clean and organized space by efficiently clearing tables and preparing for the next guests. This role taught me the importance of customer service and teamwork, as I collaborated with colleagues to provide the best experience possible.
