I am 18, and have just recently left sixth form. Whilst I was a Sixth Form Student, I balanced out my coursework, homework, family responsibilities and my active social life carefully. I thrive in collaborative environments and I enjoy being a part of a group, where I can learn from different point of views. Balancing these aspects of my life has made me very resourceful for future positions.

Waitressing at Duke of York, Mitchell and Butlers (2023-06-12 – 2023-06-16)

I worked in a restaurant, now known as The Deben Seal, for my work experience.

• Provided high quality customer service
• Promptly serving food and beverages
• Taking accurate orders
• Maintaining a clean environment such as tables and restocking supplies
• Developed strong communication skills by interacting with customers problems and addressing their needs
• Handled cash or card transactions
• Demonstrated the ability to work under pressure, such as busy times in the restaurant while remaining calm

Waitressing at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall Restaurant (2025-03 – Present)

As of right now, I am waitressing at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall. During this time, I have expanded my experience in hospitality with doing;

• Setting up events for 100+ people, working during these events professionally
• Providing high quality customer service
• Taking drink and food orders efficiently
• Cleaning and setting tables
• Working under high pressure when busy
• Using communication skills to ensure customers feel welcome, are happy with their food and service, addressing any problems carefully and correcting them
