I’m Micaela, originally from South Africa and now living in the UK. I’m friendly, easygoing, and love connecting with people. I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors, whether it’s walking or exploring new places. I’m naturally curious, organised, and like keeping things positive.

I’m a motivated and approachable professional with four years of experience in hospitality, including pub work, where I developed strong customer service and communication skills. I enjoy working in fast-paced environments, staying organized under pressure, and providing excellent service to customers. I’m reliable, a quick learner, and passionate about creating positive shopping experiences.

I’m now looking to bring my skills to a retail setting where I can continue to grow and contribute to a team.
