Hello, I'm Michael
I'm 42 from Dundee and I have over 20 years of customer service from previous differnt roles. I enjoy dealing with the public and helping people solve problems.
In my previous roles I've encountered many qchallenging situations on a daily basis, due to rhe type of roles I have had. Yet still managed to preform well under pressure at each occasion .
In my previous roles I've interacted with the public via telephone, webchat, and also in person. I've dealt with challenging areas of customer service such as tax queries, debt repayments and also sick animals at my previous role at the Veterinary clinic. I've always acted in a polite and professional manner and I believe I deliver good service to the public.
My most recent education dates back to atrending St John's high school, and receiving 7 scottish Higher level pass grades of 2 B's and 5 c's
