Supported staff with day-to-day store operations, including assisting customers and maintaining a clean, organised showroom. During this placement, gained hands-on experience in a retail environment supporting both customers and staff in daily operations. Assisted customers in selecting carpets and flooring by listening carefully to their needs and recommending suitable options, helping to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience.

Role involved maintaining the appearance of the showroom by organising displays, ensuring carpets were presented neatly, and keeping the workspace clean and professional.
