I have a NVQ business administration, BTEC level 3 in Health and Social care and a degree in Youth and Community Development with a JNC Professional Qualification, with employment experience in residential children's homes, in drug and alcohol support, housing and the criminal justice system. I have worked in SEN schools and have previously worked as a Senior Youth Worker in charge of SEND, housing support, domestic violence. I also have management skills which are transferable, I have always worked face to face with customers and enjoy the camaraderie this brings, I am able to manage conflict and find resolutions in many areas being clear and concise when needed.
I am compassionate and empathic and able to meet the needs of those I work with. I have experience in the aviation industry, Amadeus, Sabre, and operating systems for the airlines also, I have previously ran operating cleaning services and able to manage a workforce in all areas, I also worked in customer service in the train station, I looking to seek something of a new experience or challenge in a customer facing role.
