I have successfully completed 4 years in a prestigious university in Romania, leaving with a degree in economics with my main field of expertise being management. After finishing my studies, I ran a small family business involving pets and pets accessories. I enjoyed it a lot and gained strong customer service and sales skills.
In 2016 I decided to undertake a new challenge and I moved to the UK. Over the 10 years since moving to England, I gained valuable experience professionally and I learned about a new culture, and happily adapted into a new community. I consider myself to be a very professional, caring, competent, and efficient individual with great communication skills.
I have a good amount of experience working in successful teams. I am a very reliable team member with only 2 or 3 days off sick in over 8 years and I'm highly motivated and always look to execute my work to perfection. I plan my work meticulously and I am keen on meeting targets and exceeding them.
I have been part of a successful care business for nearly 5 years and I have experience in working under pressure, dealing with emergencies, collaborating with other professionals, building relationships and trust with customers and staff and completing on-call shifts on a regular basis. I'm a keen learner with up-to-date training and I'm qualified in offering training in medication and moving and handling.
