I have been going to sea for 40 years started off on antarctic research vessels for 8 years and have been in the standby supply business for best part of 32 years i am fully qualified certificates all up to date and medical certificate all up to date .I am very experienced in catering clean efficient organised .
I currently work for north star shipping i went chelmsford school in grimsby went to grimsby college to do city and guilds in catering also attended canning place catering college in liverpool to aquire 2nd cook and baker certificate and then chief cooks certificate in 1987 and 1988 .
