The Project Executive managed the planning and execution of these Projects as assigned, collaborating with Senior Managers and team members in Marketing, Events, Policy, and Learning and Development. Specifically, Miles used PRINCE2 methodologies to manage the implementation of the Annual Workstreams Project.
- Developed Project Initiation Documentation, using PRINCE2 Methodologies to create and lead a new Communication Management Approach, Risk Management Approach, and Quality Management Approach across the various department: Marketing, Events, Learning and Development, Policy (etc.)
- Built and managed SharePoint and Teams Channel for all Work Packages within the Annual Workstreams Project, updating internal stakeholders. Established reporting processes to ensure the Project Board (Heads of Departments) could assess the status of the Annual Workstreams Project—managed workstreams through “SharePoint” and various supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
- Researched Conference Programmes (200+ attendees) with internal stakeholders, advisory Committee Members and relevant subject matter experts.
- Supported the Membership Engagement Manager in developing Webinars and Learning and Development courses with input from the advisory committee. Organised meetings, wrote minutes, and ensured that deadlines were met.

- Researched specialist knowledge of DWP policy, keeping up to date with guidance, seeking advice and escalating to senior colleagues or specialists.
- Provided accurate information professionally and helpfully by collecting and assessing relevant data and information from various sources provided by the claimant and their businesses.
- Managed a caseload of 200+ Self-Employed Claimants, providing advice and support after decisions on their status were made.
