I am a hardworking and reliable person with experience in both general labouring and electrical work. I have studied Electrical Installation up to Level 3 and have hands on experience from volunteering and previous roles. I have worked part time as a play worker and car park steward, which helped build my teamwork and communication skills.
I also volunteer at my local mosque, helping on site with the construction of a new building, doing general labouring tasks. I am part of the clean up team and help with ongoing maintenance. I am keen to keep learning, take on more responsibility, and build a career in the trades.
I have worked in a range of part time roles that have strengthened my communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. These include positions as a play worker, car park and safety steward, poll clerk, and retail assistant. I also have hands on experience from volunteering at my mosque, where I help on site with the construction of a new building, assist with maintenance, and support community activities.
These varied roles have given me a strong foundation for a career in the trades and a practical mindset I’m ready to apply in the workplace.
I have recently finished studying Level 3 Electrical Installation at Nottingham College and recently completed Level 2 with a Distinction. I also hold a Level 1 Health & Safety qualification. Before that, I studied A-Levels in Geography (B), Chemistry (C), and Business (B) at Bilborough College and achieved my GCSEs at Fernwood School, including 6s in English, Maths, Sciences, and Geography.
