A highly competent and bilingual Mechanical Engineer, with 23 years of extensive expertise in the field of Construction Management and Building Services. My skillset encompasses a combination of technical and soft skills, including proficiency in HVAC systems, Firefighting systems, steam, and Gas networks, acquired through numerous major projects with multinational companies. Furthermore, I possess strong soft skills such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

I am a resilient individual who is highly organized, and have exceptional time management skills, enabling me to effectively utilize resources and meet time-sensitive deadlines within quality and budgetary parameters. Additionally, I hold the ability to clearly communicate project goals and objectives, as well as anticipate and mitigate project risks. • Planning and organizing the mechanical aspect of construction project, including developing schedules and budgets in Haram Masjed Expansion mega project
• Coordinating the work of mechanical contractors & other tradespeople, Reviewing & approving mechanical drawings & plan, ensuring that mechanical systems are installed & maintained in accordance with codes & regulation,Managing the procurement of materials & equipment for mechanical systems.
