At Belisima Pizza, my role involved providing excellent customer service by taking orders both over the phone and in person, handling cash transactions, and supporting the kitchen staff. I maintained cleanliness and ensured efficient time management. This job enhanced my communication skills, particularly during long periods, it also taught me how to adapt to different work environments, ranging from busy, rush hours to quieter times.
Additionally, this job formed my teamwork skills by allowing me to work effectively with the team members to ensure all tasks were completed efficiently.
Barista - Bakers and Baristas

At Bakers And Baristas, my role includes front of house service and also back of house, with responsibilities such as cleaning, cash handling, till work, preparing and cooking food, making a variety of beverages, while providing great customer service and pot washing. This experience has greatly improved my confidence with communicating with customers and providing the best quality experience. Working with a designated team, my team collaboration and adaptability is constantly being challenged, providing continuous improvements and developing skills.
