I am an experienced Crewing/ HR Team Leader working within a fast paced marine personnel environment. I am CIPD qualified and I hold master’s degrees in HR Management and in Business Economics. I have a proven experience in compliance and audit within crewing department.

I have been invited to the seminars, client visits and audits in China, Hong Kong, Poland over the last years. I have an excellent work ethic and cultural awareness. I am passionate about HR and people.

I am also very motivated to succeed and determined to put the client and seafarer at the heart of everything I do whilst adhering to policies and benefiting the company. I am learning and adapting quickly to changes.
