I've greeted customers, handled bookings and provided friendly contact. I processed payments accurately, managed orders and ensured the front area ran smoothly during busy periods. I also helped maintain a clean and organised environment while delivering good customer service.

I have some previous barista experience where I developed skills in preparing drinks, I'm confident using coffee equipment, handling orders accurately and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. I'm eager to continue developing my skills and would be a reliable member of your team.
