For the past two years i have been working as a site manager / supervisor on the Eddc response contract assisting my contracts manager with the day to day running of the maintenance contract. Carrying out pre work inspections ordering materials and making sure our ops have a full diary and are compliant with all h&s requirements ensuring rams and safe working practices are carried out. A highly skilled maintenance operative motivated and able to deal with all manner of issues.
Trustworthy and highly skilled in dealing with customers' needs and complaints. I have good IT skills and am competent in various work related apps. I am an excellent timekeeper and communicate well with customers and work colleagues.
Happy working on my own or as part of a team when called upon.
Site Manager / Supervisor - Ian Williams Woodbury

Working with support from my contracts manager i carry out day to day site reviews for the ops on the ground carry out both pre and post work inspections to assure ian williams guidelines and protocols are followed. In my current role i am also doing a lot of disrepair claim work liasing with tenants and our in house operatives to ensure works are being carried out effectively and without causing to much disruption to our tenants and there homes. I am also involved in the minor works programs from a first inspection to an end of works check ensuring guidlines issued by eddc and ian williams are followed.
Am also not affraid to get my hands dirty and jump on to the tools when needed. I have also been a part of some recent interviews carried out at our offices. In my short time with Ian williams i have met some very difficult customers but i always seem to come away from them with a thank you for your work and assistance.
I have a good basic knowledge of working platforms and IT systems used by Ian Williams.

Working on my own or as part of a team dealing with new home issues dry lining problems sticking doors paint issues adjusting doors after flooring has been installed. Liaising with site team or our office staff all our work is sent through to our phones all jobs are then actioned and closed down and any issues are reported to the office staff or site teams. I am a multi skilled operative and skilled in plastering and dry lining all aspects of painting fitting kitchens and worktops including mitered joints.
I can also fit both wall and floor tiles.

Working for east Devon district council I worked on my own covering all aspects of day to day maintenance be that planned or reactive. I looked after public use building. I did all manner of repairs from a tap washer to major refurbishment projects plastering dry lining wall tiling carpentry works door fitting new door frames skirting boards painting and decorating both internal and external.

Whilst working for harrisons i worked doing small repairs to plumbing systems and carpentry works in private houses. Along with doing maintenance for Guinness housing carrying out reactive repairs to there housing stock carrying out multiple repairs to plumbing carpentry plaster repairs tiling and decorating.

Working for cowleys Carrying out works for devon and cornwall housing and sanctuary housing doing day to day repairs alongside planned works including a kitchen replacement programme where i carried out multiple tasks including first and second fix plumbing plaster repairs kitchen fitting including mitre joints to worktops tiling and decorating.

Working on the building electrical services team i worked carrying out repairs to council owned properties both reactive and proactive repairs i also worked on a callout rota. I carried out all manner of repairs be they plumbing issues blocked drains plaster repairs decorating and all manner of carpentry repairs from new hinges to complete kitchen replacements including plumbing and tiling. I also played a part in the void team organising trades and work schedules to complete the works in a timely manner keeping my boss and the housing team happy.
I used to work alongside the police and our housing officers carrying out forced entry's and lock changes after either eviction or Tennant's passing away.
