• Managing and driving stability of shared non-production environments across the Path-to-Production lifecycle, supporting multiple teams, projects and release milestones.
• Environment planning, provisioning and coordination across DEV, TEST, QA, Pre-Prod and integrated E2E environments.

• Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, EventBridge, AWS Backup, Application Load Balancer (ALB) and Network Load Balancer (NLB), supporting cloud-hosted applications, monitoring, automation and operational activities.
• Working closely with E2E QE teams to enhance automation pack coverage and improve environment validation following deployments and data refreshes.
• Integration of GitHub and Microsoft Teams, usage of power automate for automated notifications related to environment rebuilds, sanity checks and operational updates.
• Supporting CI/CD driven delivery models and release activities across shared environments.
• Experience supporting environment monitoring, health checks, smoke packs and operational dashboards.
• Building Test Environment Dashboards for environment availability tracking, component visibility and version management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify whether issues originate from infrastructure, platform, environment configuration or application deployments.
• Driving automation and process improvements around inventory synchronisation, test data synchronisation, DB refresh optimisation and environment readiness validation.
