Royal Mail have an in house agency which is called Angardstaffing. As it's an agency, Angard will sent me shifts when I am needed. I normally get 2/4 shifts a week. At Royal Mail in a short space of time I have gained valuable experience in communicating with different age group, in time management and working to a deadline and reaching targets.
