I have ample experience in customer services and tend to get along with team members relatively well.

I started my first job as a lecturer in a private college, afterwards i joined hands with Nearby group of companies based in UK as a Customer service representative and a dispatcher. Later on i worked as a QA manager in a customer service outsourcing company.

I am enrolled at BCU for Masters in Project Management.
