Shift Supervisor - Colloids Chemical Industry

• Supervise plant operations during assigned shifts to ensure safe, stable and efficient production in accordance with standard operating procedures and operational targets.
• Monitor and control critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates and composition) to maintain optimal plant performance and respond effectively to process deviations or emergencies.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of operators and technicians, ensuring effective task allocation, training, and compliance with safety, operational, and HSE standards while collaborating with operations, engineering, and planning teams to drive process improvements, maintain product quality, and foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery KPIs resolving production issues, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.

Principal Engineer - Nuclear Regulatory Authority

• Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory frameworks for the safety of nuclear installations, including nuclear power plants and research reactors.
• Lead licensing activities, technical reviews of safety cases and safety assessments for new and operating nuclear power plants, including regulatory inspections and oversight of equipment manufacturing, while coordinating multidisciplinary reviews with licensees, equipment manufacturers, consultants, and international stakeholders to resolve complex regulatory and engineering issues and support the safe delivery of nuclear projects.
• Provide technical leadership in the oversight of new nuclear power plant projects, including supplier and manufacturer audits, quality assurance assessments and verification of compliance with applicable codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage complex technical and regulatory projects from planning through implementation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging stakeholders and delivering high-quality technical outputs within demanding regulatory environments.
• Mentor engineers and inspectors, coordinated technical teams and managed cross-functional activities, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and high standards of technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Perform integrated safety assessments and evaluation of operational events, including rating incidents using the International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale (INES).
• Assess the effectiveness of regulatory and organizational performance through self-assessments, audits and monitoring using performance objectives, criteria, KPIs and various evaluation tools.
• Evaluate national and international operating experience feedback and oversee emergency preparedness drills. Report writing including detailed technical and regulatory inspection/audit reports.
