I am a Nuclear Safety Case Engineer with over four years of experience in Process Engineering, Functional Safety and Nuclear Safety and a MEng in Chemical Engineering. Currently working at Cavendish Nuclear, delivering radiological safety assessments and hazard management strategies to support decommissioning at Hinkley Point A. Experienced in writing safety case reports and technical justifications to ensure compliance with nuclear regulations and ALARP principles.
Technical experience includes performing radiological dose assessments, dose rate calculations, and defining occupancy limits. Using practical applications of risk assessment methodologies such as HAZID, LOPA, and SIL across both nuclear and COMAH environments. A strong communicator who can translate complex technical data into clear, complaint solutions for multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Dedicated to continuous development and currently progressing toward Chartered Engineering status.
