I am a motivated and enthusiastic 20-year-old from Leicester. I have gained valuable experience by assisting my father with accounts and indulging my love for football through amateur casual coaching. These experiences have not only honed my skills in numbers and organisation but have also allowed me to develop strong leadership and communication abilities.

Having had a brief experience in the retail world I had gained some important skills during this program which can be applied to pretty much every career path.
Skills like teamwork, organisation and communication helped me to apply these skills in all aspects of day-to-day life. Organisation specifically helped me to get the tasks arranged done in a fixed amount of time while also maintaining the high standards of the store to make customers make there shopping experience as easy as possible. Communication helped me to interact with many different types of people and personalities which further gained my experience in how to deal with different types of customers and help to fulfil their shopping needs.

I have a deep passion for football. As an amateur casual coach, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse groups of players, helping them improve their technical skills, teamwork, and game understanding. Through this coaching role, I have honed my ability to motivate and inspire others, adapt to different learning styles, and foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
I encouraged sportsmanship and fair play, instilling values of respect and teamwork within the team dynamic. By fostering a supportive environment, I aimed to boost players' confidence and create a sense of camaraderie among the group.

As a trainee office assistant, I gained practical experience in financial management and developed a strong understanding of various accounting processes. I worked closely with my dad, supporting him in tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, and financial record maintenance. I was responsible for handling and organizing financial data accurately and efficiently, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
I assisted in tracking expenses, managing invoices, and maintaining financial records, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of the business. Overall, my experience provided me with practical knowledge in financial management and a solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
