I’m passionate about helping people to build better lives through tailored lifestyle change and health practices. My approach is to understand the individual through questioning techniques to enable a holistic process that encompasses each persons unique goals, preferences and abilities.
My key areas of interest and experience include anxiety and stress management as well as weight loss. I believe that physical and mental well-being are deeply intertwined and understand the power that nutrition can have on mental well-being as well as energy managing long term chronic conditions.
I have experience coaching clients with various concerns including IBS, anxiety, hormone imbalance, sleep quality and weight loss.
I always take into account the client’s main priorities but also work with the client to explore other potential route causes of disease with a 360 approach.
I have a NHS accredited Health Coach qualification from College of Naturopathic Medicine. (Level 4)
