I’m in my final year of a Psychology degree at London Metropolitan University, and I’m on track to achieve a 2:1 by the end of my dissertation, which focuses on how self-control can promote meaningful lifestyles and overall and well-being. This ties into my passion for mental health and helping people lead happier, healthier lives.
Getting real-world experience is incredibly important to me as I work toward my goal of studying for master’s in Clinical or Health Psychology and building a career in a clinical setting. I’m keen to learn much as I can in any field, knowing that all experience contributes to developing the skills needed help people overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
I’m a driven and pragmatic person who thrives in structured and goal-oriented environments. In both academic and professional roles, I’ve built a reputation for being reliable, organized, and always meeting deadlines. My previous experiences include working with children through nannying a customer-facing jobs, both of which have strengthened my communication and interpersonal skill qualities that are key in psychology.
Outside of work and study, I’m deeply interested in holistic therapies and physical well-being. Practicing mindfulness, fitness, and other self-care activities has taught me the importance of and resilience, which I hope to help others achieve through my future work.

I am close to getting my degree in BSc Hons Psychology at London Metropolitan University.
