- Conducted a full third-party transport tender to find the best rates on the market, onboarded a new supplier with better service and rates.
- Planned scheduling and deployment of LGV and HGV curtain and rigid vehicles, ensuring best use of resources.
- Saved over £3,000 per week and cut first mile cost from 40p-10p per parcel by optimising routes, improving fill rates with client through better loading, and rate negotiations with suppliers.
- Grew the first mile linehauls from 20 per week to over 110 journeys per week (outside of peak).

- Expanded the middle mile fleet to Manchester to cover the North West launch. Conducting market research to ensure shift rates were competitive with the market.
- Drove down CPP on the MM from 36p-12p per parcel by improving vehicle utilisation from 40%-+70% and creating SOP for vehicles to be sized before a shift is completed to maximise capacity further.
- Conducted deep dive analysis which showed that for middle mile routes to be more cost efficient we required the store management function to reduce from 70 stores to 50 in order to improve cost via improved route length and density.
- Automated the shift booking process so drivers could choose when and where they worked with Relay.
- Project managed the launch of an inhouse middle mile driver app that improved the quality of the drivers experience with Relay, reduced the number of apps the drivers had to use and streamlined the user flows to make them more intuitive and easier to interact with.

- Successfully built out a live operations team that communicated directly with last mile drivers.
