I am a very driven, passionate young person who puts their heart in to anything that is required of me. I am a very organised, punctual, and focused individual who can work as an individual, or as part of a team. I have excellent people skills and the ability to quickly build a rapport with clients and maintain those relationships long-term.

My main passion is food. I love to cook and eat out at every chance. After studying at college and gaining my level 2 diploma, have worked as a second chef, on certain days running the kitchen myself. My other passion is working with children and the elderly and having the chance to give something back.

I have always found this natural and rewarding and it is always a pleasure to assist those who need help at times of need.

In my current role I am responsible for reactive repairs across 300+ offices across the UK and Channel Islands. I ensure that repairs that have been reported are raised and sent to the contractor. I will follow this job from start to finish raising any quotes for extra works if required.

I raise purchase orders for my jobs, invoices to be paid that are put into my purchase ledger. I contact agents regarding several things. I speak with landlords and internal and external contractors. I talk with internal and external contractors on a daily basis.

Safer Homes Co-ordinator - Gas Compliance at Solihull Community Housing (2022-03 – 2023-02)

Primarily responsible for the gas compliance this involves contacting tenants, sending a weekly report, producing data for the monthly KPI's, raising the service scheme monthly, taking minutes for a monthly contract meeting and chairing a weekly meeting to discuss outstanding gas services with the neighbourhood services team.
