I spent 13 years in a customer facing role at McDonalds and a further 7 years in Capita Plc. I am experienced in a call centre/office based environment working for M&S, Universal Credit and currently NatWest.

Graduated with a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from Bangor University.

Gained 4 A Levels (including Sociology and English Literature) from Sir John Deane's College, Northwich.

Achieved 10 GCSES (A*- C) from Grange Comprehensive School, Runcorn.
