I have lots of experience in autism and sensory and physical needs both personally and professionally. I would love to progress to a ELSA/Pastoral Manager level to support children with there mental health as well as there emotional needs too.
I have a son who has autism and moderate learning difficulties and I have been working with children with a variation of different physical, sensory and medical needs for several years.
I have picked up everything I know from my own son and working with children in mainstream, recourse bases and specialist settings.
