About

I am a highly motivated and hardworking 39 year old individual whom demonstrates drive and enthusiasm in any task I undertake. I am willing to train to enhance existing skills and develop new ones in order to work in a new role. I work effectively under pressure meeting deadlines and achieving targets.

I have an exemplary timekeeping and attendance record and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people on a diversity of levels. I am a friendly and approachable individual whom can adaptable and be flexible, making me a valuable associate to any organisation. I currently work from both office based and home based so I am used to being self motivated and disciplined when applying my work in a none office based role.

My role on a day to day basis is to manage the diary and scheduling appointments and entering them onto our Survayors Calander, while also responding to client and tenant emails on a daily basis making sure everything is kept up to date and on track. I also have to prepare reports and documentation making sure they are delivered to the highest correct standards, with accurate data and results to ensure I meet my clients needs and expectations. My role is fast-paced and I understand how to work to an ever changing time scale using many different booking systems , diaries and excel sheets.
