I'm a mom to 3 children and a Frenchie called Bruno.

I want to succeed in life and be a good role model for my children.

I have had many administrator/Customer service roles through out my professional career so i know how to deal with different people, to either calm down make them happy or just generally helping them out.

My most recent job was Assisted Escalations with Loveholidays it was a WFH job.

My main responsibilities were talking to customers that there has been problems with there holiday bookings i would talk through other options find alternative destinations that suit the customer or in some cases issuing refunds back to customers.
