Coming from a family of engineers and builders I naturally tool to the tools from a young age, I have experience in most disciplines when it comes to construction.
The past 12 years have been solely groundworks and earthworks, 8 of which were making a name for myself as a skilled operator on both 360 and dozer, naturally my thirst for progression took me from supervision to management.
Currently I project manage for a smaller scale local civils firm, Overseeing large concrete pours and my forte which is roads and sewers.
Project management or contracts management is my calling, I have a keen eye for finding workers strengths and where development is needed, therefore I am able to team the right people together to delegate the right people to the right task.
Most current “education”, if it can be classed was smsts course, due to sit NVQ level 7 for black cscs card.
